So today is Weigh in Wednesday and I am not so happy with the scale. I guess it could be worse but then again it certainly could be better too. I didn't budge....didn't lose, didn't gain. I guess since I "officially" started working out and eating right on Monday I shouldn't be surprised but I was hoping for better. My goal is to lose 15 lbs by July 14th, that is when I travel to Texas to visit my sister. I think 3 lbs/week is totally do-able I just have to really work at it.
Weight: 159.2
Goal for next week: 3 lbs
Goal for the next 5 weeks: 15 lbs.
