Today I decided to take a break from the EA Active workout and do a workout with Jillian on her 30 Day Shred dvd. I only did 20 minutes on the bike cuz I knew Jillian would kick my butt, and I was right.
Bike: 20 min, 210 calories burned
30 Day Shred: Level 1 workout. I did MOST of it but there were a few times I had to stop and take a little break.
Tomorrow: Bike and back to the EA Active. I enjoy that workout a lot more, although, I think I would really notice a difference a lot faster using Jillian. I think maybe I will try to do her workout a couple of times a week for a little change in training.
