Today is my last workout at home for the next week and a half. I am leaving for Texas tomorrow and I plan on trying to get some workouts in with my sis but who knows what the next week holds in store.

HOLY EA Active workout Batman. I am drenched this morning. I did 2, yes, 2 Ea Active workouts this morning. The first was my second to last on my 30 day challenge and it only burned 72 calories the 2nd was a preset workout on the hard level and WHEW was it ever.

So here are the stats so far for today:
Ea Active: 40 minutes, 200 calories burned

I plan on riding the bike later today and doing some crunches and stuff with my exercise ball.

Rode exercise bike for 22 minutes, burned 220 calories and rode for 4.7 miles.
Grand total of calories burned so far today: 420
I will do some crunches then I am done for the day...WHEW!!!

I have been fighting a sinus infection/bronchial thing for the past few days so I haven't worked out at all. Let me just say how much I have felt it from NOT working out..not only did I not feel good but I felt blah from not moving around.
So here are the stats for today:

EA Active: 135 calories burned
Exercise ball: 60 crunches, 20 side leg lifts, and 60 leg raises.

Drinking lots of water (and O.J.) and I have still been eating well. It is almost that time so I seem to be retaining some extra weight/fluids...thank you Mother Nature.

Until tomorrow.........

Ok so I decided to ride the bike for about 25 minutes.
Burned 230 calories and rode 3.7 miles...also did another 70 crunches on the ball.

This weekend appears to have been a crappy weekend weight wise. I seem to be up 2 lbs...wth!
I didn't work out this weekend but then again, I haven't worked out on the weekends. I did eat a little different on Saturday seeing how it was July 4th and all but for the most part I thought I did pretty well. I know it's coming around to that time again so the weight could most definitely be from that....damn mother nature.
So here are my workout stats for today:

Exercise bike: 5.7 miles, 270 calories burned
EA Active: 92.2 calories burned
Total calories burned: 362.2

Today I am also going to log what I eat so here goes:
Coffee: 1 cup with creamer
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 dry english muffin, 4 small bites of canteloupe, water
Snack: 2 thin slices of provolone cheese and a banana
Lunch: whole wheat tortilla, 1 ounce of grated cheese and 2 tblsp refried beans
Snack: 10 almonds, cheese
Dinner: 2 eggs/1 egg white, dry english muffin.

I did my workout late today. Had lots of running around and stuff to do this am so I didn't get to it. I made myself do my workout in the afternoon cuz I was feeling like crap having not done it earlier.
Ea Active: burned 154 calories
Did about 50 crunches on my ball too.

Weekend is rest time so back at it Monday.

WHEW! The trainer on EA Active kicked my butt today, or should I say thighs..holy smokes!

Ok here are the stats for today:

EA Active: 135 calories burned, lots of lunges and squats, squat holds and squat calf raises...WOW!
60 crunches on the exercise ball

I didn't get my evening workout in yesterday but I will try much harder today. I did swim a little yesterday though so that has to count, right?

Shrinking Days of Summer Weigh In-Week 5

So I am feeling a tad frustrated this week. I have been doing pretty much everything right, eating well, drinking lots of water and busting my butt every morning with a workout, yet the weight isn't coming off like I'd like it to. Fred tells me he notices a difference and not to worry about the scale but dang it I have a number in mind and I want to see it.

I will do a workout in the evening as well. I started to last week but only did a couple days of that and then go to busy to do it the rest of the time.
