WHEW! The trainer on EA Active kicked my butt today, or should I say thighs..holy smokes!

Ok here are the stats for today:

EA Active: 135 calories burned, lots of lunges and squats, squat holds and squat calf raises...WOW!
60 crunches on the exercise ball

I didn't get my evening workout in yesterday but I will try much harder today. I did swim a little yesterday though so that has to count, right?
