Shrinking Days of Summer Weigh In-Week 5

So I am feeling a tad frustrated this week. I have been doing pretty much everything right, eating well, drinking lots of water and busting my butt every morning with a workout, yet the weight isn't coming off like I'd like it to. Fred tells me he notices a difference and not to worry about the scale but dang it I have a number in mind and I want to see it.

Here is how this week stacks up:

Last week; 155
Today: 154
Lost 1 lb

Next weeks goal:
I will do a workout in the evening as well. I started to last week but only did a couple days of that and then go to busy to do it the rest of the time.
Continue eating properly
Drink Water
Workout every morning
