I decided to make Saturday my day of rest instead of today because, well frankly, I was just tired.

This morning I rode the bike for 30 minutes, burned 340 calories and rode for about 5.5 miles. I did a few crunches on my workout ball but that is about it. Tomorrow...back to the grind.

Week One of REALLY working it, ie: working out daily, eating well etc...I have lost right around 4.5 lbs. YAY!!!!

I have set my first goal of July 14th (that is the day I leave for Texas) and my goal is to be down to 145. Hey I may even need to go buy some new shorts and stuff for my trip..WOOHOO!
