Today I am starting a daily journal in order to push myself a little more and hold myself more accountable, so here goes
Workout:
Exercise bike: 25 minutes, burned 210 calories, rode 4.5 miles
EA Active workout: 22 minutes, burned 100.5 calories
Total calories burned: 310.5
Goal for tomorrow:
Ride bike for 30 minutes and do another EA workout.
