Shrinking Days of Summer Weigh In-Week 4

I am very happy to say that I have lost again this week, although it's not quite as much as I'd hoped I will gladly accept it.

Lost - 2 lbs
YAY!!!

My goals for this next week:

Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks daily
Exercise 2x daily
Drink LOTS of water
