I am so very happy that I can record a loss this week...not as much as I wanted but a loss is a loss and I will gladly take it.
Todays Weigh In: 157.2
Loss for the week: -2 lbs
Goal for next week: -3 lbs
For this next week I will work out DAILY and drink LOTS of water. I am starting to actually enjoy the workout which is a great thing.
